The Uncomfortable Truth About Static Content
Every static competitive asset I create starts becoming outdated the moment I publish it. Competitors change pricing, launch features, shift messaging, lose customers, change leadership. The PMM's role isn't creating those artifacts manually—it's building and maintaining the systems that generate them automatically, validating their accuracy, and focusing human effort on strategic competitive decisions AI can't make.
I still create competitive intelligence. I just don't create static battlecards anymore. I create systems that make static battlecards obsolete.
