The PMMs who embrace AI-powered coordination will have dramatically more leverage. They'll launch more products with the same time investment because AI handles coordination overhead. They'll deliver higher-quality launches because they're spending time on strategy instead of administration.

The PMMs who resist automation and continue doing manual coordination will find themselves spending increasing percentages of their time on low-value task tracking while AI-augmented PMMs leapfrog them in strategic impact.

Launch coordination is already being automated. The question is whether you're leveraging that automation to increase your strategic leverage or clinging to manual processes that are becoming obsolete.
