10 deep interviews where you probe "why?" three levels deep generate more actionable insights than 100 automated interviews that stop at surface categorization.

Platforms optimize for quantity. But PMM teams need quality.

What Actually Matters in Win/Loss Analysis

Do You Need a Win/Loss Platform?

Here's the test:

You might need a dedicated win/loss platform if:

  • You need 100+ interviews per month (enterprise scale)
  • You have budget for dedicated tools AND separate synthesis resources
  • Quantitative trends matter more than qualitative depth

You probably don't if:
